I am a London-based ceramicist making functional and decorative ware. I print and paint on clay using underglaze colours and slips, the clay surface referencing contemporary subjects including street culture and the changing urban landscape. My recent earthenware ceramics combine traditional slipware techniques with modern themes.  Slip painted clay slabs are hand-formed or press moulded into large bold chargers, vessels and wall pieces, and glazed using a rich honey glaze.
