I set up my workshop in 1983 after leaving the Royal College of Art, working primarily in non-precious materials, usually anodised aluminium creating bold, wearable and affordable jewellery. Colour is an essential part of my work and I often incorporate textile elements in my jewellery, such as knit, stitch and fabric. I was introduced to feltmaking twenty years ago and this wonderful medium has taken over my life. I now have two careers, one as a jeweller and one as a feltmaker.
