I work to commission and exhibition on large and small scale often using metal. Also, I do designs for our family business, which is to design and make unique children's play environments, see www.alastairguy.co.uk, mostly in wood. I use resistant materials appropriate to the project and I have specialised in using pewter for interior projects, for its particular mellow character. It is my intention to create things sometimes functional or thought provoking, but always beautiful.

Lincoln Imp interpretation

01 September 2018

Currently working on pewter table-setting design pieces and also a commission for with an interesting twist - using wood - an interpretation of the Lincoln Imp, of Lincoln Cathedral fame. Nice to be using my wood skills again, this time, hands-on.
