This & the heating process build up texture & patina. One of my Future Gemstones is set with Blue Goldstones to represent the night skies & traveling through deep space, Rose cut Labradorite & Pyrites represent the geodesic domes used for habitation on other celestial bodies & a Lolite gemstone the Viking compass stone for navigation.
