Job Type: Part time, fixed term contract (initially for 1 year)
Hours: 14 hours per week over 2 days (Tuesday and Thursday)
Salary: £13.26 per hour.
Location: Maidstone, ME16 9AN

This new role will lead our craft workshop at our Community Hub in Kent.

The successful candidate will also provide mentoring for allocated individuals, offering support and giving feedback in team meetings relating to reviews and progress.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Working with service users – organise and facilitate interesting seasonally themed training workshops with support from volunteers and provide mentoring for allocated service users.
Maintenance and development of Blackthorn’s craft workshop.
Team Leader responsibilities - provide cover for colleagues on leave as required and participate in promotional activities including fairs, seasonal open days, workshops for the public etc.
