Digital Marketing Officer
Contract and Hours
Permanent, part-time, 29 hours / 0.8 / 4 days per week, (full time hours are 36.25 per week).
A typical working day is 9.15-5.30pm, including a lunch break (unpaid). A minimum of two days per week are to be worked at Crafts Council office.
Crafts Council aims to support flexible working and part time arrangements where it is appropriate for the role.
Salary
£22,400-£25,600 gross per annum based on part time working (£28,000 - £32,000 gross per annum based on full-time working), dependent on experience.
Location
Crafts Council Office and Gallery is based on the Pentonville Road in Islington, London, with some hybrid / home working.
Period of role
Permanent. To commence as soon as possible from July 2025 onwards.

Website and Digital Manager.

Across all Crafts Council projects including Collections, Collect, Crafts Membership, Learning and Participation
Introduction to the Role
Reporting to Crafts Council's Website and Digital Manager, the Digital Marketing Officer will support the communication of key Crafts Council activities and programmes, including Crafts Council's membership, Maker Directory, Crafts Council's collection, Craft school, Young Craft Citizens, and broader advocacy. You will work to improve online conversion rates including click-through-rate, bookings and subscriptions, and maintain digital audiences focusing on increasing engagement and interaction with Crafts Council activities and programmes.
