Hotel Elephant is seeking applications from organisations in the above sectors who looking for long-term, high-quality office space within a creative community at our Spare Street, Elephant and Castle locations. Available from early November 2023 the office can fit up to 26 people, is fully furnished and benefits from lots of natural light, high-speed wifi, heating and air-conditioning. Serviced and non-serviced options are available, with longer-term commitments and charitable and non-profit activities attracting discounted rates.
The office is located on Spare Street, less than 5 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle station. Spare Street is a new street dedicated to creative enterprise made up of five railway arches providing office, coworking and studio spaces. The space is on the ground floor, with loading access and bike racks available on a quiet pedestrianised street. There is also an onsite cafe, and meeting and event space, where members receive a discount.
The office features four internal flexible spaces, which can be used as offices or meeting spaces, 26 desks and chairs, a breakout sofa area, lockers, a kitchenette with appliances and two toilets, one accessible.
Prices from £165 - £250 + VAT per desk, depending on commitment, services required and sector.
