Shelter has joined forces with artist and conceptual designer Jo Cope for the Shoes Have Names exhibition. Ten international shoemakers were paired with a person that Shelter has helped through its frontline services to tell their story.
From shoes made out of an old sofa, to the use of the latest CAD software and 3D printing, you can explore the journey of the art in the first leg of the Shoes Have Names Tour. Each shoe tells a previously homeless persons story and celebrates their ‘positive steps forward’.
