Curation

As a curator I work with others to discuss the meanings of making through display of objects, talks and workshops. With Meghan Hutchins and Katherina Eisenkoeck, I co-curated Material Matters (London Design Festival), Material Times (interiors2014) and Creo Creates (LDF), all showing objects contributing to contemporary craft discourses. The Department Of Repair at Camberwell Space contributed to the emergence and sustainability of repair cultures. The exhibition included workshops and talks.

Getting Making (2013), Bridget Harvey

co-curated with Meghan Hutchins, pop-up exhibition, Camberwell

The Department of Repair logo, hand-painted on exhibition wall., Maiko Tsutsumi

We used the curatorial opportunity to question single-use materials such as vinyl signage and make decisions like creating a print-on-demand catalogue.
