The Thing With Feathers
Emily Dickinson wrote Hope is the Thing With Feathers, and a more recent memoire by Max Porter was Grief is the Thing With Feathers. Inspired by part of the body and feathers of a fictional bird, this tapestry represents both grief and hope, strong emotions during a difficult time.
