About

My ceramic work often takes the form of social comment. I frequently use historical models as reference or mixed with contemporary influences, subverting familiar forms to represent something other than their intended design and function. Humour is a consistent strand within the work. I like to explore the absurd, the provocative and the satirical.

Situated at the Monument in Newcastle upon Tyne, I will have a stall selling work as part of the spring Artfest run by Loveartnortheast.

Cannon Hall - Clay workshops

27 Mar 2018
Drop in workshops at Cannon Hall, Barnsley, 27th March and 4th April 2018 10am-12pm/1pm-3pm. Making work inspired by the animals in the ceramics collections at Cannon Hall, selected work will form part of the Cracking Ceramics! project space dislay.
