Knit and Weave with Black Girl Knit Club

Black Girl Knit Club will host two workshops on Saturday 30 October at the Crafts Council Gallery.

Learn how to make your own coaster using simple knitting and weaving techniques. You will work with a range of yarns and you can contribute to a collaborative patchwork piece!

Children must be aged 7 years+ to take part and must be accompanied by an adult.

Come along to one of two timed entry slots:

  • 1.30-2.30pm
  • 2.30-3.30pm

Spaces are limited so please book onto one session only.

From October 2021 - October 2022, join us for a season of events that celebrate the nation's love of craft, marking 50 years of the Crafts Council. The year-long programme of nationwide exhibitions, learning events, fairs, and digital activities will demonstrate the value of craft to empower, enrich and connect our society.
